Why didn't they teach this in school? Two 1-hour classes (2 classes total). These group seminars are designed to equip teens in practical life skills needed to succeed in college and life... In "Money Management" teens will: 1) Participate in a highly interactive "game of life" lab to learn about college debt load, salaries for various careers, income taxes, insurance costs, living expenses (housing, food, transportation, etc) and how these choices affect our lives financially. 2) Discuss importance of saving, investing and making wise use of available funds for living and for the future. 3) Learn how credit scores, credit cards and loans work to be better prepared for financial success.
